Dispenser Cylinder M8248

This cylindrical dispenser attaches to rods, taking up minimal space. Developed originally for crowded area like commuter traffic. Adapted to be a stand alone product with the addition of a foot stand. 

Manual foot pump removes the need for batteries and touching anything to apply. 

For use with non-alcoholic antibacterial hand sanitizer
